Staff’s Council

Samuel Essang has a lot of years of experience teaching advanced and O’ Level Mathematics. He holds a Master’s Degree in Applied Mathematics and is popularly known as KMF (King of Mathematics Functions). He owns a YouTube channel where he lectures Mathematics to a global audience; affecting the lives of many students on a global scale. He holds a stellar record of excellence in WAEC & NECO performance of 98.9% Pass. He is also a consultant to many secondary schools, JET Clubs and Engineering Mathematics scholars Nationwide.

Mrs Gertrude has 16 years of teaching experience in both private secondary schools and tertiary institutions. She has an M.Ed. in Educational Psychology, B.Ed. in Environmental Education and an NCE in Home Economics. She has a passion for food and also teaches Home Economics and Nutrition to students.

Mr. Bassey Udo Akang is a foundation staff of the school. He has served in all capacities since the inception of Lourdes Academy; including compound master, class teacher, house master and PRO. A graduate of English and Literary Studies with an impressive array of certifications, he has a strong passion for education and is a dynamic public speaker locally and internationally. He is an avid reader and enjoys writing.

Mrs Angelina Ogara Onuegbu has 21 years’ teaching experience in both public and private schools. She has a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology in view, M.Ed. Educational Psychology, B.Ed. Business Education (Accounting Option), NCE Business Education (Accounting Option) and others. Prior to her stellar service here at Lourdes Academy, she has served for 14 years as Head Teacher Administration in two private schools.
